In April 2019 the entity of Billon Group: Billon Solutions sp. z o.o. was granted the e-money licence from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) - the first ever granted by the KNF under the EU E-Money Directive (Licence number: KIPE1/2019). It enables Billon Solutions to operate in Poland and, following passporting, in the whole of the EU.

In addition, since 2018, Billon Financial Ltd, the British entity of Billon Group, has been registered with the Financial Conduct Authority as a Small E-Money Institution in the UK (registration number 900693). Billon Financial Ltd has full access to British payment schemes and can be operationally used for conducting transactions on the UK market if needed.
